第9届，2008年8月2-3日在多大浦海水浴场举行，共16组。美国 Shadows Fall、英国 Sohodolls、澳大利亚 End of Fashion、日本 Toshi with -EARTH、B.B.B.B.，韩国 Pia、Hot Potato、Superkidd、Kang San-e Band 等参演。
